Is this not what most of us aspire to? On my own life journey I had my times when I was out of sync and went through turbulences, confusion and faced my own obstacles. I believe that this is part of our life journey which when we overcome these challenges is a source of greater strength and wisdom for our future life and I believe that we as humans should not protect ourselves against all problems, but contribute to the world in trust despite the challenges.

I experienced for myself great support and guidance with the use of NLP, EFT, Logo Therapy, aspects of Life Coaching and also the Flower Remedies. These disciplines are indeed great helps in times of confusion when we seem to live more other peoples life's than our own and seem to live and feel just out of sync, times when we seem stuck with a challenge and seem to lack the resources to move on, times when we are so entangled with certain aspects in our life's that we lost access to what our heart wants to tell us. Times when we want to reach a goal, but are constantly so distracted that this goal seems so far out of reach. Or for communication problems with others and with ourselves etc.

The demands we have on ourselves and others nowadays tend to go higher and higher. The diversity of our possibilities increases, and with this the confusion of choice as well. Fashion and media influence us constantly, and they want to tell us how we should be to be accepted, successful and loveable. This makes us sometimes unsure about ourselves and helpless. We entangle ourselves more and more, we cannot move forward and seem stuck in one place.

In my consultation I help you get back to your centre and draw on your inert strengths. But I offer no standard solution and generalised advice; you alone are the benchmark of the session! So unique you are so is also the support I give, totally tailored to you and your personality, your desires and objectives. It is irrelevant if your wish is concerning development and self-determination, your private life, your partnership, relationships or your job. This work on ourselves, on our own soul and our own map of the world is the only way to also transform our "outer" selves more humanely. It never works the other way round.

I accompany you a part of your path and help you to find your own potential, to recognize and to draw from it. Gently step by step you will find back to your inert strength and centre, to your joy of life and abundance.

I am a professional Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Time-Line Therapist, Advanced EFT Practitioner, Logo Therapist and Bach-Flower-Remedy practitioner.

I began a private practice in the summer of 2005. Before that I held director and management positions in the hospitality industry in Austria and Australia over a 14 year period. The interchange with staff as well as international guests from all manner of background and countries awoke in me the wish to understand how to solve communication and personal problems, achieve harmony in co-operation and foster personal behaviours based on lasting values.

The multi-faceted environment and challenges of training, managing and leading teams from varying backgrounds, cultures and languages, over an 11 year period on Vomperberg, Austria, has provided Edeltraud Grace with a wealth of experience and insight into human endeavour, inter-reaction, mutual goal achievement and conflict resolution. Communications needed to transcend the spoken language.

My NLP and Life Coaching studies began in Europe in 2003. I have received some of the most comprehensive New Code NLP training available worldwide and completed over 70 full days of NLP training plus extensive additional studies. I am nationally accredited (reg. Nr. 1136) and registered with the NLP Trainers Board (reg. Nr. 20016). All my certifications and Diplomas are accredited by a government body.
