In addition to the Bach Flower remedy mixtures:
Rescue Remedy
Dr Bach created an emergency combination containing five flower remedies -
Impatiens, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum, Rock rose and Clematis.
Rescue Remedy can be used to help cope with immediate everyday situations such as going to the dentist, interviews, making a complaint or wedding nerves. It can also help in times of crisis or trauma such as bereavement, a relationship breakdown or redundancy.

Rescue Cream
Bach Rescue Cream is a general skin salve to soothe and restore. Containing a blend of six flower remedies, this general skin salve moisturises rough skin.

How to take the Bach Flower remedies:
- Dilute two drops in a glass of water and sip at intervals. Refill the glass as often as you need.
- For long term use, add two drops of each chosen remedy (max of 7) to a 30ml mixing bottle. Top up with mineral water and take four drops, a minimum of four times a day
- If necessary, the Bach Flower remedies can be dropped neat onto the tongue, or rubbed onto the lips, behind the ears or on the temples and wrists.

How often or for how long you take the Bach Flower remedies depends on you. If your mood is just fleeting or you are in a bit of a crisis you may only need one dose, but if you have been feeling the same for some time, you can take your chosen remedy or remedies for as long as you need to.
