Choosing a Bach Flower remedy for
typical children's symptoms

Bach Flower remedies are a complete healing system of 38 flower essences which are chosen in accordance with the child`s or young person`s personality, moods and emotions. The Bach Flower Remedies gently re-establish inner equilibrium which has been altered due to stressful situations. If your teenager or child is upset, unsettled or unwell, you need to look at why. How are they feeling? Has something or someone upset them? Children and teenagers especially need to be able to live in happiness and freedom so that they can lead a fulfilling and rewarding life instead of having to carry "stuff" into their adulthood.

The following descriptions will help you choose the right Bach Flowers for your child, or you can access an online or phone consultation. (Go to online consultation) Remedies suited for the whole family and all age groups can be found here.
